Run Club
Join us for Saturday morning runs facilitated by one of our instructors. These runs are a chance for families to start their weekend doing fitness together.
Dates of our run club are listed below for reference. You don’t have to book the class to attend. You don’t even have to be a Max member. Everyone is welcome to join us on our short runs.
FAQs
"How long is the Run Club?" We have scheduled 30 min, but everyone runs at their own pace. So, it may be longer or shorter. It's really up to the participants.
"Do I have to run at the Run Club? Can I walk?" Of course you can walk! Go at your own pace.
"Can I drop my kids off at the Run Club?" Because everyone at run club runs at their own pace, we won't be able to track your child as they run; that part's up to you. Because of this, we will not allow any kids to attend run club without their parents. (Exceptions can be made for parents of Cru children that authorize their kids to run alone.)
"Will you run even in bad weather?" It depends! If it is hazardous to run, we won't. If it is just a little wet or cold, we'll still run. A little rain won't stop us, but a thunder storm would.
