Adult Max Fit (Adult Fitness Kickboxing and More)
Max Fit utilizes primarily kickboxing combinations, body weight exercises, and interval training to get you a great workout. Additionally we also use animal flow mobility training, dumbbells and kettle bells for strength training.
Our workouts are for all experience levels. This is a go-at-your-own-pace program.
